• Hex head screws, heavy hex head, slotted flat head, square head, socket head and 12-point screws
• Custom and standard configurations, with diameters from 3/8” to 1 ½”
• Threading from 1/8″ to 1 ½”. Our capabilities include all UN thread forms, metric, class 5 interference, acme, Witworth and left hand threading configurations.
• Tight tolerances, to .0002″, depending upon the material and production method
• CNC machining
• Forging
• Centerless grinding

We work with a wide range of metals and plastics, including exotic and unusual materials for unique applications. Our staff is experienced in working with non-standard materials, and will ensure that your finished custom cap screw meets exact requirements for your part. We manufacture quantities from prototype through full production runs.
We offer quality inspections and certifications if needed, including dimensional, mechanical, chemical and tensile strength certifications. All our products are manufactured to MIL-I 45208 standards and we can manufacture to ASTM, SAE, DIN and customer-defined specifications.
